Make a referral
If you are a Westpac accredited Referrer and your customer requires a Home Loan, follow this simple process. If you need help along the way, contact your Westpac Manager.
Step 1: Broker and client appointment
Download, complete and ensure your applicant signs the following forms:
Home Loan Applicant Referral Form
Use this form when referring your client for a Consumer Finance product.

Privacy Consent and Acknowledgement Form
This form must be signed by the applicant and submitted with the loan application if you are using your own application template.

Step 2: Application completed
Fax or mail the forms to your Westpac Manager.
Step 3: Decision and your commission
If the application you referred results in a successful loan drawdown, commissions will be paid by the 15th of the month after settlement to you or your aggregator.
