Westpac Equipment Finance Broker
Become a Westpac Accredited Equipment Finance broker
1. Get in touch
Contact your local Business Development Manager to arrange a meeting to discuss our equipment finance policies and procedures.
2. Fill out the application form
Complete the Equipment Broker application form (PDF 1MB).
3. Get sign off
Get your application signed off by your aggregator and Business Development Manager.
4. Receive accreditation
Once your form is processed, you’ll receive your introducer (i) number and DriveOnline login details.
Commercial Broker
Become a Westpac Accredited Commercial Broker
1. Fill out the form
Complete the Commercial Broker application form (PDF 1MB).
2. Get sign off
Get your application signed off by your aggregator.
3. Email your form
Send your application form to the Westpac Accreditation Team.
4. Complete the training modules
Complete two training modules (these will be sent to you via email).
5. Notify your Senior Business Development Manager
Send an email to your Senior Business Development Manager to let them know you've completed the training modules.
6. Receive accreditation
Once your modules are done, you'll be issued with an introducer (i) number.
Prerequisites:
- Prior experience in commercial lending and writing credit submissions
- Must maintain an active relationship with Westpac and introduce new commercial clients
- Demonstrate your potential to submit consistent commercial lending (excludes IPLs)
- Deliver good customer experience by keeping up to date with Westpac’s Commercial product, policy, service, and business operational processes
- You'll need a Police Clearance Certificate less than 6 months old and confirmation of MFAA or equivalent body membership.
Transfer of accreditation
Complete the Westpac Group Transfer of Accreditation form (PDF 1MB) to transfer an accredited broker between aggregators.
