Westpac has launched a new information hub for brokers, which will help brokers assist clients with any enquiries they may have around Equipment Finance, Commercial, SME and Industry Specialisation.

The broker business insights and analysis were launched today on the new Westpac Equipment Finance and Commercial Introducers website, and include a series of “How we can help make your business stronger…” insights, info-graphics, videos for a number of business customer segments and articles covering the overall support provided to brokers and their business clients.

Westpac’s National Manager of Equipment Finance and Commercial Introducers, Greg Pell says this will provide brokers with a great opportunity to demonstrate to their business customers how they can deliver a value-add service and strengthen their own value proposition to the market.

“Westpac is proud to help make Australian businesses stronger, and we are committed to providing more engaging tools for brokers to have great conversations with business customers,” he said.

“In fact, Westpac will provide ongoing monthly insights with a series of business customer segment ‘what does this mean’ videos and articles that demonstrate how we can help brokers and their clients. Our service promise is we are people always helping people, and this is a central theme of the new broker website.”

“Ultimately, Westpac is committed to being the No.1 business bank and lender for overall broker and introducer service and value in Australia, and in providing supportive tools recognises the importance commercial and asset finance brokers and intermediaries play as true business advisers to many Australian businesses.”
