What has changed?

Following recently held focus groups and feedback from accredited brokers; Westpac has delivered a new phone system for its Deal Build, Documentation and Settlements teams to improve the services offered from the key Business Bank operational areas to brokers.

This means accredited Westpac brokers can use one phone number to contact a single point of escalation for Deal Build, Documentation and Securities, Settlements and Supplier Accreditation. Your phone call will be answered by more Westpac team members quickly and efficiently.

We ask all accredited Westpac Equipment Finance brokers effective immediately to use the following phone number.

You will then be prompted to select the appropriate option for your queries:
Option 1 Deal Build (Operating hours 8.30am till 7.00pm AEST)
Option 2 Documentation Securities (Operating hours 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST)
Option 3 WEF Settlements (Operating hours 8.00am till 8.00pm AEST)
Option 4 Supplier Accreditation (Operating hours 8:00am to 5:30pm AEST).
